King Chicken
The first boss. Right after you take your first sword, a cutscene shows the giant chicken and tells you to "get stronger to save your friend", and Captain Mara's quest line builds up to Dethrone the King. It throws eggs, and the Index lists it as a source of Eggs (1 in 4). In Gravy Live's September 16 video the boss showed a spawn timer, and he died to it alone, then won once a second player joined the fight. 40.2% of players have the King Chicken badge, so most people who stick with the game beat it.
Spider
The cave boss. Its Index page shows 64,000-96,000 HP, 800-1,200 damage and 19,200-28,800 XP, and it throws webs. Chink's advice in his Spider video is to get close and keep circling it so the webs miss. The cave is PvP ON, which players complain about in the comments of the same video: stronger players can kill you while you fight it.

Cobwebs (100/100) are a crafting material; the Jungle Bow needs 50 of them.
Hero Nay
A duel, not a world boss. Talk to Hero Nay and he says: "Looking for a real test? Face Hero Nay on the mountain stage. Expect portals and sword rain." Pressing Start the duel takes you to the fight. Gravy Live tried it at a low level and was defeated in one hit, so treat it as a late check of your gear. 4.8% of players have the badge.
Triple Head Cobra
The Jungle boss: 1.3M-2M HP, 8,800-13,200 damage per hit, 60,000-90,000 XP, speed 11. The Jungle update notes say it spawns every 15 minutes. It is the only source we have seen for the Cobra Twinblade Axe (1/100) and for Poison enchants, and it is also the goal of Herbalist Sela's quest King of the Jungle and Ranger Bex's Three Heads, Two Hunters (see quests).

Warden Alder
Found in the jungle ruins. The Jungle update notes list him as a level-80 challenge that gives your first Ability Rune and 10 each of Weapon, Armor and Mount Tier Scrolls, and Chink names him as one of the four free ways to get a rune. He is the rarest boss badge at 1.9%. We have not seen his Index page yet.
Hunter Robin
An archery challenge in the grasslands rather than a fight: you shoot targets for a score over three rounds. Chink calls the last round "chaotic"; a commenter on the Abilities stream says the reward for winning is 2,000 gold, 12 arrows and a bow, and the challenge is one of the ways to get an Ability Rune. The Update 1.5 notes say finishing Hunter Robin's quests lets you craft the Hunter Bow and arrows. 5.5% of players have the badge.

Boss FAQ
What order should I fight the Poly Loot bosses in?
King Chicken in the grasslands first (Captain Mara's quest Dethrone the King), then the Spider in the cave, then the Jungle at level 80 with Warden Alder and the Triple Head Cobra. Hero Nay's duel and Hunter Robin's archery range are optional challenges you can try any time.
How often does the Triple Head Cobra spawn?
Every 15 minutes, according to the Jungle update notes posted with Chink's guide videos. It has 1.3M-2M HP, so most players fight it in a group.
What does Warden Alder give?
Your first Ability Rune plus 10 Weapon, 10 Armor and 10 Mount Tier Scrolls, per the same Jungle update notes. He is in the jungle ruins and needs level 80. Only 1.9% of players have his badge.
Can I skip King Chicken?
Captain Mara's early quests lead to it, but other quest givers keep offering work, so you can level first and come back. In Gravy Live's video he lost to it alone and won once another player joined the fight.
